Hello folks! I've been away for a while because my computer broke. I ended up getting some help to pick up my new machine, since the learn3DSmusic fundrazr made it only about 55% of the way. I'm currently taking commissions to make up the rest of the money, but I am still working on the learn3DSmusic tutorials! You can watch the tumblog, which will take over the official learn3DSmusic domain when I finally make up the rest of the funding goal. Here is a look at my current commission queue and my commission prices too.
I have recently finished most of the commissions I owe here on dA, but I have a few remaining in my queue that I will be working on soon. Animation commissions are always the last to get addressed in my queue because of time constraints, but I am once again available for commissioning. I will be working on commissions during livestreams, but you'll need to talk to me on my NSFW tumblr if you want anything that is nsfw. Right now, my priority is on the few commissions I have that are time sensitive, then I will address the others in my queue in the order they were paid for.
I've previously expressed interest in doing music collabs with composers here, but held off on that until coordinating such an effort could be made simpler, and now that time has come! I've made a Splice account, which is an online service for doing music collaboration and that sort of thing. Here's an invite link for you! With splice, you can automatically upload iterations of music you're working on, directly from source files, complete with changelog and more. It keeps track of what VSTs you use and everything! Follow me on Splice and we can collab! I'd also like to do KORG M01D/ DSN-12 collabs sometime in the future.
I'm going to be producing a lot more video content in general, including time lapses of my more complex pixel work and tutorials. Subscribe to my youtube channel to keep an eye out!
Thanks for your time!
Hi everyone!
I've been planning a series of tutorial videos to teach the kids I work with the rudiments of music composition using KORG m01d, and with suggestions from followers on various websites, I've decided to make a more full featured tutorial set that will go into all the various techniques I've learned with the app. I have the modded 3DS I need to gather footage, but my computers and other equipment just aren't up to the task. As a result, I'm launching a Fundrazr campaign to obtain the hardware I need to finish the job, and I'd like some help to make that happen!
I will be going over everything a person would need to compose, record, loop and distribute their music in hopes of spreading M01d around some more, especially among kids! In my experience using software to teach grade school children, they especially are drawn to the M01d for its low barrier to entry relative to full DAWs on computers and I like the interface because it teaches them basic concepts they can carry to other software if they find their passion in making music.
Please support my fundrazr and help make this video series happen! If you cannot contribute, please spread this around by reblogging thus tumblr link or the fundrazr page!
Thanks for your time!
I currently have a queue of several pixel commissions remaining. One set of pixels is in progress, but I cannot begin the rest until my fee is paid. Pixel commissions do not begin until payment is received. I will also be streaming pixel commissions, unless the client asks me not to.
Here is my current queue. Want one? Here are my prices and terms.
